Mecca

Definition

Mecca is a city in Saudi Arabia that is considered the holiest city in Islam because it's where Prophet Muhammad was born and where he received revelations from God.

Analogy

Imagine Mecca as Times Square on New Year’s Eve - it's crowded, significant, and people from all over the world gather there for an important event. But instead of watching a ball drop once a year, Muslims aim to visit at least once in their lifetime for Hajj.
