Cluster Sampling

Definition

Cluster sampling is a sampling technique where the population is divided into groups or clusters, and a random sample of clusters is selected. Then, all individuals within the selected clusters are included in the sample.

Analogy

Imagine you're at a music festival with multiple stages. Instead of individually selecting people from each stage, you randomly choose a few stages and include everyone from those stages in your sample.
