Think of central traits like the main ingredients in your favorite dish. Just as you can't make spaghetti without pasta and sauce, a person's personality wouldn't be complete without their central traits.
Cardinal Traits: These are the dominant traits that influence all of our behaviors, regardless if they're relevant or not.
Secondary Traits: These are the traits that only appear in certain situations or under specific circumstances.
Personality Traits: These are enduring patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion that distinguish individuals from each other.
