Definition

La discrimination is the act of treating someone unfairly based on their race, gender, age, etc. It involves making distinctions and decisions that disadvantage certain individuals or groups.

Analogy

Imagine you're at a party where everyone gets different colored wristbands based on their popularity. If some people are denied entry or treated poorly because they have a specific color wristband, that's discrimination.
