Geocentric Theory

Definition

The geocentric theory is an outdated astronomical model that proposed Earth as the center of the universe, with all other celestial bodies revolving around it.

Analogy

Think of the Geocentric Theory like a selfie. In a selfie, you're at the center and everything else revolves around you. But just like how a selfie isn't an accurate representation of your surroundings, the Geocentric Theory wasn't an accurate representation of our solar system.
