Americanization

Definition

Americanization refers to the process by which European countries adopt aspects of American culture, including values, customs, and consumerism.

Analogy

Imagine a pizza place that originally only served traditional Italian pizzas. However, over time they start adding toppings like hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries to cater to the tastes of their American customers. This transformation is similar to how European countries have incorporated elements of American culture into their own societies.
