Globalization refers to the process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence or start operating on an international scale.

Analogy

Imagine if your neighborhood was like globalization. Your neighbor from two houses down might be cooking Italian pasta for dinner, while you're watching a Korean drama, and your friend across the street is listening to American pop music. That's globalization - different cultures and influences coming together from all over the world!
