Definition

Siberia is an extensive geographical region spanning much of Eurasia and North Asia. It has been part of modern Russia since approximately the 17th century.

Imagine Siberia as your freezer at home - it’s vast (covers nearly all of North Asia), it’s cold (known for its harsh winters), but it also stores lots of goodies (rich natural resources like oil and gas).
