Definition

These are policies aimed at eliminating racial disparities, promoting equal opportunities regardless of race, and ensuring fair treatment for all races within society.

Analogy

Imagine if everyone was running a race but some people had weights on their ankles. Racial justice policies aim to remove those weights so everyone can run equally.
