Immigration policies are laws and regulations that a country uses to control who can enter its borders, for how long, and for what reasons. These policies vary widely from country to country and can change over time.
Think of immigration policies like the rules at an exclusive club. The club decides who gets in, how long they can stay, and what they're allowed to do while they're there.
Naturalization: The legal act or process by which a non-citizen in a country may acquire citizenship or nationality of that country.
Visa: An endorsement on a passport indicating that the holder is allowed to enter, leave, or stay for a specified period in a country.
Refugee Policy: A set of laws or regulations governing the acceptance and treatment of individuals seeking asylum due to persecution or danger in their home countries.
