Georgia

Definition

The last of the original thirteen colonies, founded by James Oglethorpe in 1733 as a debtor's colony. It was also one of the Confederate states during Civil War.

Analogy

Think of Georgia as the youngest sibling who often follows in their older siblings' footsteps but still makes their own mark. Like this youngest sibling, Georgia was the last colony established (youngest) but played significant roles in American history such as being a key player in Civil War (making its own mark).
