Analogy

Think of General Edward Braddock as a new football coach who has been brought in to turn around a losing team. He's got experience, he's got strategies, but unfortunately, his unfamiliarity with the terrain (or in our analogy, the team) leads to unexpected challenges and ultimately defeat.
