Definition
This is a political ideology that advocates for civil liberties under the rule of law with an emphasis on economic freedom found in liberal democracies.
Analogy
Imagine you're at a buffet where you have many choices - this represents economic freedom. But there are rules about how much food you can take at once - this represents civil liberties under rule of law.
