Definition
Movies are moving pictures with sound that tell stories or document real events; they're shown on screen primarily in cinemas before being released for home viewing.
Analogy
Consider movies as roller coaster rides at an amusement park. Each ride/movie takes you on a different journey, filled with ups and downs, twists and turns, all while keeping you engaged till the end.
