Definition
Motivation refers to the driving force behind someone's actions or behaviors. It is what inspires and compels individuals or groups to pursue a particular goal or objective.
Analogy
Think of motivation as the fuel that powers a car. Just like how fuel propels a vehicle forward, motivation propels people towards their desired objectives.
