Luddites
Definition
The Luddites were a group of English textile workers who protested against the introduction of machinery during the early stages of the Industrial Revolution. They believed that machines would take away their jobs and livelihoods.
Analogy
Imagine you work at a pizza place, and suddenly your boss introduces a robot that can make pizzas faster than any human. You and your coworkers are worried that the robot will replace all of you, so you protest against it.
