Georges Braque
Definition
Georges Braque was a major 20th-century French painter and sculptor who, along with Pablo Picasso, developed the art style known as Cubism.
Analogy
Think of Georges Braque as one of the two chefs in a kitchen (the other being Picasso) who together created a new recipe for painting - Cubism. Just like chefs experiment with ingredients to create unique dishes, Braque and Picasso experimented with different perspectives and shapes to create an entirely new style of art.
