Definition

This refers to the right of individuals and organizations to express their views publicly without government interference, censorship or punishment, and the right for people to come together in public or private gatherings.

Analogy

Think of it like a school's open mic event. Any student can step up, share their thoughts, perform a song or poem without fear of being silenced by the school administration. Similarly, students can gather to watch this event freely without needing permission from authorities.
