Factory workers are individuals who perform labor in a factory, often involved in the production of goods. They may operate machinery, assemble products, or oversee processes.
Think of factory workers as the players on a football team. Each player has a specific role to play and they all work together to achieve the goal - which is producing goods in this case.
Labor Unions: These are organizations that represent workers' interests and negotiate with employers about wages, hours, working conditions, and other aspects of employment.
Industrial Revolution: This was a period from the 18th to 19th century where major changes in agriculture, manufacturing, mining, transport, and technology had a profound effect on the socioeconomic and cultural conditions starting in the United Kingdom then subsequently spreading throughout Europe.
Child Labor: This refers to the exploitation of children through any form of work that deprives them of their childhood interferes with their ability to attend regular school.
