Definition

Energy refers to the capacity or ability to do work. It can exist in various forms such as kinetic energy (energy of motion), potential energy (stored energy), thermal energy (heat), and chemical energy (energy stored in molecules).

Analogy

Think of energy like a superhero's power. Just as a superhero uses their powers to do amazing things, energy is what allows us to accomplish tasks and make things happen.
