Definition

Cross-cultural interactions refer to the exchange of different perspectives or ideas between cultures which often leads to mutual understanding or blending of cultural practices.

Analogy

Imagine going to an international food festival. You get to taste dishes from different countries (interact with different cultures), learn about their ingredients (understand their perspectives), and maybe even try cooking them at home later (blending cultural practices).
