Definition

Bureaucratic elites are high-ranking officials in a government's administrative system. They often have significant influence over policy decisions and the implementation of laws.

Analogy

Think of bureaucratic elites as the managers and supervisors at a large company. Just like how these individuals oversee different departments, make important decisions, and ensure everything runs smoothly, bureaucratic elites do the same but on a much larger scale - within a government.
