Probabilistic reasoning refers to using probabilities to make predictions or draw conclusions based on uncertain information or data.
Imagine you're planning a picnic with your friends, but there's a chance it might rain. You check the weather forecast and see that there's a 30% chance of rain tomorrow. Based on this probabilistic reasoning, you might decide to bring umbrellas just in case it does rain.
Probability: Probability is a measure of how likely an event is to occur.
Conditional Probability: Conditional probability calculates the likelihood of an event happening given that another event has already occurred.
Bayes' Theorem: Bayes' theorem allows us to update our beliefs about an event based on new evidence or information.
