Experiments are research methods where the researcher manipulates one or more variables to observe their effect on another variable, while controlling other factors.
Experiments are like conducting a science experiment in a lab, where you change certain ingredients to see how it affects the final outcome.
Independent Variable (IV): The variable that is manipulated by the researcher.
Dependent Variable (DV): The variable that is measured or observed as an outcome of the experiment.
Control Group: The group in an experiment that does not receive any treatment or manipulation and serves as a baseline for comparison.
