Definition

The Independent Research Report is a written document that presents the findings and analysis of an individual's research project. It showcases the student's ability to conduct independent research, evaluate sources, and communicate their findings effectively.

Analogy

Think of the IRR as a detective's case file. Just like a detective gathers evidence, analyzes it, and presents their findings in a report, students gather information through research, analyze it critically, and present their findings in the Independent Research Report.
