Definition

Implications are the logical consequences or results that arise from a particular action, decision, or situation. They are the potential outcomes or effects that can be inferred or predicted based on certain circumstances.

Analogy

Imagine you're playing a game of chess. Every move you make has implications for the rest of the game. Each decision you take will determine how your opponent responds and what future moves become available to both of you.
