Definition

Ethical lens refers to the perspective or framework through which individuals view and make ethical decisions. It encompasses their values, beliefs, and moral principles that guide their behavior.

Analogy

Think of ethical lens as a pair of glasses that people wear to see the world. Just like different lenses can alter our vision, different ethical lenses shape how we perceive and approach ethical dilemmas.
