Depression: A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities causing significant impairment in daily life. It's often associated with suicidal thoughts.
Self-harm: Self-inflicted harm done to one's own body, often without suicidal intent but as a way to cope with emotional pain.
