Think of strength as a superhero's power level. Just like how a superhero's strength determines their ability to lift heavy objects or overpower villains, our own strength is the measure of how much force we can exert against resistance.
Endurance: The ability to sustain physical activity over an extended period of time.
Muscle mass: The amount of muscle tissue in the body.
Power: The combination of strength and speed in performing physical tasks.
