Parietal Lobe

Definition

The parietal lobe is one of the four major lobes of the brain, located at the top and back part of the head. It's responsible for processing sensory information from various parts of the body, including spatial sense and navigation.

Analogy

Think of the parietal lobe as your personal GPS system. Just like a GPS helps you navigate through unfamiliar roads, your parietal lobe helps you understand where objects are in relation to each other and yourself.
