Night Terrors

Definition

Night terrors are episodes of intense fear experienced while asleep, often causing behaviors like screaming, intense crying, and even physical movement.

Analogy

Night terrors are like a horror movie playing in your sleep. Unlike regular dreams (or movies), they're so scary and intense that you might physically react as if the threat is real.
