Human Development Stages refer to distinct phases that individuals pass through from birth until death, including physical, cognitive, and socioemotional changes.

Analogy

Think about a movie. It has different scenes and acts that progress the story from beginning to end. Similarly, human life has different stages (like infancy, childhood, adolescence) each with its own set of characteristics and growth aspects.
