Definition
Culture refers to shared beliefs, values, behavior patterns and artifacts that characterize a group of people.
Analogy
Imagine culture as a recipe passed down through generations in a family. It includes specific ingredients (values), instructions on how to mix them together (beliefs), and results in a unique dish enjoyed by all members of the family (behavior patterns).
