Avoidant Attachment: This refers to an insecure attachment style where individuals tend to avoid closeness or emotional connections with others. They often reject or minimize the importance of emotional intimacy.
Ambivalent Attachment: Also known as anxious attachment, this is another type of insecure attachment where individuals crave closeness but also fear rejection or abandonment.
