Anger is an emotional response characterized by antagonism towards someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong.
Think of anger like a boiling pot of water. When the heat (or stress) gets too high, it boils over causing steam and bubbles (the physical signs of anger such as yelling, crying, etc.).
Frustration: This is a feeling of dissatisfaction that arises when one's efforts to reach a goal are thwarted.
Aggression: This refers to any physical or verbal behavior intended to harm someone physically or emotionally.
Hostility: This is an attitude that includes negative feelings and thoughts about others, often leading to aggressive behaviors.
