Definition

Agreeableness is another one of the five personality traits in the Big Five model. It reflects how cooperative, kind-hearted or antagonistic someone can be towards others.

Analogy

Consider agreeableness as being like a team player in sports. The more agreeable you are, the better you cooperate with your teammates and contribute positively to achieving common goals.
