Current density refers to the amount of electric current flowing per unit area perpendicular to its direction.
Imagine water flowing through pipes. The current density would be similar to measuring how much water is flowing through a specific cross-sectional area of the pipe. A wider pipe with the same amount of water would have a lower current density compared to a narrower pipe.
Electric Field: The force per unit charge experienced by a charged particle in an electric field.
Ampere's Law: Relates the magnetic field around a closed loop to the electric current passing through that loop.
Conductors and Insulators: Materials that allow or resist the flow of electric current, respectively.
