Volts are units used to measure electric potential difference or voltage. One volt represents one joule of energy per coulomb of charge.
Imagine water flowing down from a waterfall into different pools below. The height difference between each pool represents voltage - higher drops mean higher voltage.
Electric Current: Electric current is the flow of electric charge in a circuit, measured in amperes (amps).
Ohm's Law: Ohm's law states that the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the voltage applied across it and inversely proportional to its resistance.
Power: Power is the rate at which work is done or energy is transferred, measured in watts. In an electrical context, it can be calculated as the product of voltage and current.
