Power is the rate at which work is done or energy is transferred. It measures how quickly work is being done.
Think of power as the speed at which work gets done, just like how your internet speed determines how fast data can be transferred. A higher power means more work can be done in less time.
Joule (J): The unit used to measure both work and energy.
Efficiency: A measure of how effectively input energy is converted into useful output energy.
Mechanical Advantage: The ratio of output force to input force in a machine.
