An action-reaction pair refers to two forces that are equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. These forces occur simultaneously as a result of interacting objects.
Imagine bouncing on a trampoline. When you jump on the trampoline (action), it pushes back with an equal force, propelling you upwards (reaction).
Force: A push or pull that can cause an object to accelerate or change its motion.
Interaction: The effect of one object on another due to a force between them.
Equilibrium: A state in which the net force and net torque acting on an object are both zero.
