Definition

Leadership refers to the ability to guide and influence others towards a common goal. It involves making decisions, inspiring others, and taking responsibility for the outcomes.

Analogy

Think of leadership as being the captain of a sports team. The captain not only makes important decisions during the game but also motivates and inspires their teammates to perform at their best.
