Leadership refers to the ability to guide and influence others towards a common goal. It involves making decisions, inspiring others, and taking responsibility for the outcomes.
Think of leadership as being the captain of a sports team. The captain not only makes important decisions during the game but also motivates and inspires their teammates to perform at their best.
Authority (AUT): Authority is the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. It is often associated with leadership because leaders have authority over their followers.
Charisma (CHA): Charisma refers to a compelling charm or attractiveness that inspires devotion in others. Leaders with charisma have a natural ability to captivate and motivate people.
Vision (VIS): Vision is an imagined future state that a leader strives to achieve. A strong leader has a clear vision and can communicate it effectively to inspire others.
