Invention refers to the process of generating ideas and developing arguments in order to effectively communicate a message.
Think of invention as building a puzzle. You gather different pieces (ideas) and arrange them strategically to create a complete picture (argument).
Evidence: Facts, examples, or expert opinions that support an argument.
Thesis Statement: A clear and concise statement that presents the main idea or argument of a piece of writing.
Counterargument: An opposing viewpoint or argument that challenges the main claim.
