Definition

Faulty reasoning refers to flawed logic or illogical thinking that weakens an argument or leads to incorrect conclusions. It involves errors such as logical fallacies, false assumptions, or biased reasoning.

Analogy

Imagine you're building a house of cards. If one card is placed incorrectly or if the foundation is unstable, the whole structure will collapse. Similarly, faulty reasoning can undermine the strength and validity of an argument.
