Legitimacy: Legitimacy refers to the acceptance and recognition of an authority by individuals or groups. It is based on the belief that those in power have the right to govern.
Governance: Governance encompasses all processes and structures through which authority is exercised in managing public affairs. It includes making decisions, implementing policies, and resolving conflicts within a state.
