Definition

Agricultural work refers to all tasks involved in farming such as tilling land, planting seeds, watering plants, applying fertilizers and pesticides, harvesting crops, and marketing produce.

Analogy

Imagine you're creating a painting. The canvas preparation is like tilling land; choosing your colors (seeds) comes next; then you apply them carefully (watering & fertilizing); finally you finish your masterpiece (harvest) ready for display or sale (marketing).
