Sexismus (Sexism)
Definition
Sexism refers to the discrimination or prejudice based on someone's sex/gender. It involves treating individuals differently or holding biased beliefs about their abilities, roles, or worth based on their gender.
Analogy
Imagine a game where boys and girls are playing together. However, the rules are unfairly set up to favor only the boys, making it harder for the girls to win. That's what sexism is - it unfairly treats individuals differently based on their gender.
