Definition

Biais refers to a tendency or prejudice that influences our judgment or decision-making process, often leading to unfairness or favoritism.

Analogy

Imagine you're playing a game of basketball and the referee consistently makes calls in favor of one team. This biased referee is not being fair and is showing favoritism towards one team over the other.
