Definition

World War II was a global conflict that took place from 1939 to 1945, involving many of the world's nations. It started with Germany's invasion of Poland and ended with the unconditional surrender of Axis powers.

Analogy

Think of WWII as an intense, high-stakes multiplayer video game where different teams (countries) are battling against each other. The game is filled with alliances, betrayals, strategies, and ultimately ends when one team (the Allies) finally defeats the other (the Axis).
