Definition

This refers to efforts made by organizations or societies to create diverse workplaces where employees from different backgrounds feel valued and included.

Analogy

Workforce integration is like making a fruit salad. Each piece of fruit retains its unique flavor, but when mixed together, they create a delicious and diverse blend that's more interesting than any single ingredient on its own.
