Water Systems
Definition
Infrastructure designed to collect, treat, store and distribute water from source to consumers.
Analogy
Think of a water system like the blood vessels in your body. Just as arteries and veins carry blood from your heart to all parts of your body, a water system carries clean water from treatment plants to homes and businesses.
